AV Software and False Positives
We are getting a lot of false positives from AV Software out there. Let me make one thing crystal clear:
There are no IM Lock processes that are viruses or trojans, etc. Zero, none of them. Any AV software that is coming up with false positives for Im Lock Software is just wrong. Period.
Please don’t believe anything an Antivirus software does is gospel. These things are wrong a good bit of time. They do not do their due diligence on all the file names people report, they simply add them to a list ad hoc, and count on you, their customer, to believe them. A lot of times this causes a conflict with legit programs that the customer wants to use, like IM Lock.
So, if you see any AV software that is reporting IM Lock as false positives, please let us know, support@comvigo.com. Also, please write them directly and let them know how they are interfering with your ability to own and freely use the software you want to own and use.

Any antivirus software claiming otherwise is simply wrong, and should be carefully looked at because what else are they getting wrong, and does their company do any due diligence?
