Contact Support Tab
The Contact Support tab is used to send information directly to IM Lock support staff.
The form also allows you to automatically attach files that are very useful for support staff to diagnose any issues you are having with blocking and settings. This tab should be used, whenever possible, in place of a direct email, because the file attachments are generally needed to resolve any issues.
1. Open IM Lock Control Panel
2. Go to Options Tab
3. Go to Contact Tab
4. Enter Your Email address
5. Enter Your Name
6. Enter Message describing any support issues you are having
7. Optionally Check Attach Settings File (recomended)
8. Optionally Check Attach Blocking Report (recomended)
9. Press Send
This will send your email and attachements directly to IM Lock Support. Our support personnel will respond with a suggestion to resolve any issues you are having.
