Notifications – these are the popups that appear when an item is blocked, as per the administrator’s rules.

You can switch on and off the popup message the user sees when blocked.
Toggle the ON/OFF button to switch on and off.

You can customize the message the user sees.  Change Message 1, 2, and 3 as desired.
Note:*  These messages can be written Unicode.
