To start IM Lock:
From the Start menu, select Programs, then IM Lock, and click the IM Lock icon.
Enter Your Password (If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to enter a password).
Control Center Opens, this is the main interface for switching instant message blocking on and off.

To Block:
Blocking for IM is defaulted to the “off” position.
The “Start Lock” button toggles to a “Stop Lock” button, depending on whether IM Lock is running.
You must check categories to block, or create some of your own settings.
